Professional Therapeutic Massage

I utilize a combination of techniques from Swedish, Thai, Trigger Point, Ashiatsu, Accupressure and Myofacial Release bodywork to meet the goals and comfort level of each person.

My approach honors the nervous system. I believe deeply in the benefits of restorative and therapeutic work without engaging the nervous system with deep, intrusive work.

In a world that is full of contradicting, confusing and overwhelming health information, I love to help people cut to the chase for their own unique body and circumstance to start or increase their path to vibrant health. These services can look like:

I work with a variety of practitioners in and around Memphis for any therapeutic routes that are beyond my scope of practice and would provide more healing options for a client. These relationships allow for congruency of care when it would be most helpful for a client/patient.
