Because every body is different and the formula for health is unique and different for each person, I offer tailored wellness services for the Body, Mind and Spirit. Having worked in the helping, healing and holistic health arena for over 20 years, I can honestly say I’ve never seen anything that works for everyone or any approach that applies to every-body. We are all so unique in our biology, physiology, experiences, genetics, habits, lifestyles, beliefs and movements that we simply must treat each person as uniquely as we truly are.
Body work and massage sessions are customized to suit each clients needs, on the day they need it. I utilize a combination of techniques from Thai, Ashiatsu, Swedish (Relaxation), Reiki/Energy, Aromatherapy, Breathwork, Acupressure/ Trigger Point, Cupping, Herbal Compress and Myofacial Release bodywork to meet the goals and comfort level of each person.
As a holistic focused practitioner, I work with people to facilitate balance, harmony and re-establish a healthy homeostasis in the body. A huge component to achieve those goals is regular support and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system— the rest and restore system of the body. Our modern society has trained our sympathetic (fight or flight) system to be turned on in ways our bodies were never designed to sustain and as you may see around you in friends, family, co-workers or yourself… a chronic sympathetic state leads to dis-ease in the body, mind and our lives.
Thankfully, some simple lifestyle changes, regular bodywork, body awareness and acupressure has been shown to provide greater states of rest, restore and repair in the body which leads to:

Like most people that work in the health and healing field, we are here because our personal journey and struggle brought us here to share what we have learned and are still learning. My mental health, physical health, relationships, job and creativity all became brightly amplified when I decided to get in the drivers seat and make my health a priority.
I have been where you are and let’s be honest, somedays I still am. Life is busy, stressful and overwhelming already and when you’re not feeling good in your body, knowing which way to go can feel outright impossible. I have found that people are the most successful in their health goals when they have a team, support, a cheerleader and some guidance. I try to be for others, who I needed when I started my health journey.
